YouTube has launched its trendy feature, YouTube Shorts, in response to the almost overnight popularity of social media’s TikTok and other platforms that provide Stories, Reels, or other short-form, mobile video content. Since Shorts’ feature was introduced, limited videos have quickly gained popularity among spectators and creators. Here we will highlight all key features that YouTube brands for their loyal community offer.

Creating YouTube Music Shorts

Influencers can now remix noises from other videos for more than sixty seconds. Previously, remixes could only be made for fifteen seconds. According to a YouTube spokesperson, all content creators will soon start to notice this new trend and can add music to their shorts as they select music. Both iOS and Android users will be able to access this service internationally. If you are running your YouTube channel, this is the perfect time to download any phonecopy app to transfer all of your videos and music files to your current smartphone to use in shorts. With this change, TikTok and Instagram Reels, two of YouTube Shorts’ competitors, are now more competitive.

Steps to Add Music to Shorts

Users only need to hit the plus symbol to access the Shorts camera on the smartphone to add lengthier music tracks to videos. Click the audio track from the library once you have completed this process. Users will be allowed to specify the length of time whenever they choose the sound for the audio selector. Remember that if the longer audio option is chosen, the Shorts camera will also affect the video recording length. The YouTube Shorts video length will stay at sixty seconds to prevent misunderstanding.

YouTube Feature Update

YouTube introduced the remix function, enabling influencers to use snippets from current YouTube videos to create original content, which can be shared on the platform. YouTube also announced the introduction of Shopping on YouTube Shorts. US creators may now tag items from their online store thanks to new functionality currently being beta-tested. You will get more details about the YouTube feature in the next few weeks.
