Samsung Galaxy S22 Regional Chipsets Disclosed
Even while Samsung has maintained a high level of consistency in distributing its flagships’ two chipset variants in recent years, reports of probable Exynos manufacturing difficulties have surfaced this year. An anonymous leaker claims to have obtained a list of the markets to get the Exynos 2200, which Samsung officially revealed on Tuesday.
Traditionally, the Exynos-powered Galaxy S flagships are reserved for Europe, while the Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S flagships are reserved for North America and East Asia. In an unusual twist, certain areas, such as Africa, the Middle East, and West Asia, will get both choices, depending on which nation they are in. The original reports of Samsung’s Exynos 2200 manufacturing yields being poor may have proven to be correct, and the business was compelled to shift additional units to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
