TikTok, the sensational global app, is rapidly adding more users to their app, creating a whole new world for video content creators. This trendy app offers unique features to create better interaction between followers and provides a smooth interface for acquiring a top-ranking spot in social media competition. The new feature we can expect from TikTok will be in their privacy policy and how detailed alerts users might receive for the content they routinely share.

TikTok is testing a new feature that will help you to know your followers better. According to official details, the new feature allows users to check if their followers have seen their videos and the people they follow. This cross-checking feature will be limited to specific members that joined in the testing phase. TikTok plans to enroll in this feature permanently soon.

Post View History-Feature

In simple words, after the release of this feature, you will be able to see complete details about what your fans are watching on your feed. The option is called “Post View History.”, this will allow content uploaders to see all lists of followers’ viewing patterns and get a complete overview of every single post you share on TikTok. The option for allowing followers to view history needs to be activated by following some simple steps and then saving your settings on the app.

This feature, named “Post View History,” can be turned off or on at any time in the settings menu, and there is some time duration limitation for each video to get full-fledged analytics on TikTok. This hidden change was spotted by several TikTok influencers who were surprised with this new feature giving them the complete authority to extract maximum stats about their video post’s history. Previously, users tried various methods to get information related to their followers’ viewing habits in bits but were forced to add video remover apps to clean up their smartphone memory.

This amazing TikTok edition is highly functional for content creators and random users alike, who can get extra data related to your posts on the social media app. The function is only available to those over 16 with at least 5,000 followers. When you look at your profile, you’ll see an eye icon in the top-right corner if you have the post view option enabled. Then you can see who has seen your profile in the previous 30 days if you click on it. Of course, only you can see who has visited your profile, but enabling the function lets other people know you have viewed their page.

The new function may be a nice addition for individuals who want to keep track of all followers who watch their material, but it may irritate users who wish to keep their viewing history private. There are pros and cons linked with this function, but it depends on the user how to exploit this feature to increase their ranking on this app. The history viewing feature was meant to be introduced this week, but TikTok is taking time to enhance all functions before officially announcing the complete edition.
