The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra might not be released in North America
A document obtained by a leaker from a South Korean telecommunications firm appears to be another indicator that Samsung would launch a Galaxy S22 Ultra with 1TB of storage.
The Galaxy S22 series, which will include three models: Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra, will be officially unveiled by Samsung on Wednesday. Previously, it was assumed that the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s memory options would be limited to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, but it now appears that a 1TB version will be launched as well.
This option will only be accessible in Korea for unlocked models. Ice Universe and Ishan Agarwal, both tipsters, have confirmed the leak, with the former adding that the 1TB variant will be available in China.
Agarwal earlier stated that the 1TB Galaxy S22 Ultra will almost certainly be accessible in important European markets, while leaker Roland Quandt stated that it would only be available in a few areas. That seems to imply that the 1TB model will be unavailable in the United States and maybe the Middle East, but we’re just guessing.
Further Details
The Galaxy S22 Ultra is said to sport a massive 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a high 120Hz refresh rate, a faster 4nm flagship processor, an enhanced camera system for better low light shooting and professional-level filmmaking, and a large 5,000mAh battery, according to leaks.
Furthermore, it is believed to be the first non-Note phone to include a slot for the S Pen, making it a productivity-focused smartphone, with most power users opting for the 1TB variant. Furthermore, the device is unlikely to include a microSD card for storage expansion, necessitating the purchase of a 1TB variant. Users will be able to perform everyday tasks such as SMS backup with no issues.
The 1TB Galaxy S22 Ultra will cost around $1,500 if Samsung sticks to its existing price system, which is a lot of money even for a possible top seller. If you have your heart set on the phone, you should reserve it now to receive a $50 credit and access to unique pre-order bonuses.
