Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3’s public Android 12 One UI 4.0 update rolled out
The South-Korean tech behemoth has begun updating its third smartphone to Android 12 and One UI 4.0’s stable version. The public Android 12 update for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 was released earlier today, and the final update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is also available.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Gets a Software Update
Before you get too enthusiastic, keep in mind that the rollout appears to have only begun in Korea for the time being. However, it shouldn’t be long before the update reaches other nations, allowing all Galaxy Z Fold 3 owners to enjoy the latest version of Android and One UI. The upgrade will also remove contacts in a jiffy.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the update appears to be limited to Android 11 users at the moment. Users of the beta version of One UI 4.0 are likely to get an update to the final version before the end of the day. Moreover, Galaxy Z Fold 3 owners may download Android 12 and One UI 4.0 by going to their phone’s Settings app, going to Software update, then hitting Download and install, just like any other update. It’s possible that you’ll have to do it a few times before the update appears, so don’t give up if the first effort fails.
