On Day 1, Verizon begins rolling out the One UI 4 update to the Galaxy S21
Samsung stated this morning that it is ready to begin rolling out One UI 4 and Android 12 to the Galaxy S21 range, and Verizon has jumped on board immediately. The update should arrive on all three of its Galaxy S21 handsets today.

The update is available today for the Verizon Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra, with the following build numbers and November Android security patch: SP1A.210812.016.G991USQU4BUK7, SP1A.210812.016.G996USQU4BUK7, and SP1A.210812.016.G998USQU4BUK7.
Color Palette customization using Android 12’s wallpaper theming, new widgets (including redesigned lock screen widgets), several new emoji features, grammar correction in the keyboard, camera UI tweaks, an improved video and photo editor, new editing tools in the Gallery app, a new Driving monitor in Digital Wellbeing, the Privacy Dashboard, a new charging animation, and support for Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) will be available with this update. Users will be able to carry out functions such as remove contacts without any issues.
Additionally, Verizon says the update is available today, so give it a shot. Settings>System updates>Check for system updates is where you’ll find it.
