Every year, Apple updates iOS with the latest features that were previously available on phones from other brands. The iOS 17 upgrade will now be applied to the iPhone 14 Pro series of smartphones. There is a wide range of requirements that iOS 17 must meet. In 2022, iOS 16 brought a lot of requested features. Apple will soon provide iOS users with incredible features and a smooth user experience. Let’s check out what the new version offers.

iOS 17 Latest Features

The default keyboard now has a new design, which is a small but useful improvement, including the addition of a battery percentage indicator. iOS can now use artificial intelligence to automatically separate you from a photo’s backdrop so you can drag and drop it anywhere you want it in your iPhone. You may also use your iPhone as a webcam thanks to the continuity camera function. To fully enjoy the latest iOS 17 photo features, we highly recommend moving your entire media gallery from an older iPhone with a reliable photo transfer app available on the Apple store. You may change the typefaces and add your favorite background from your photographs on the lock screen. The wallpapers also come with an alternative depth effect.

iOS 17 Expected Features

The camera interface still lacks sufficient tools and needs to be redesigned. Changing additional default apps is another feature that has been long sought. Dual applications, multiple user accounts, the option to lock apps, a robust clipboard, and the ability to scroll screenshots wherever are still missing from iOS. Apple will add better elements to offer a better user interface and the designed adopted glass morphism, flat 2D icons, general simplicity, bold fonts, and aesthetically pleasing System Apps will be available after downloading the update.

iOS 17 Release Date

iOS 17, the upcoming version of iOS, may be unveiled at a huge event hosted by Apple around the middle of 2023. The public will probably be able to purchase it on September 20, 2023. The iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and iPhone X may no longer get support next year. All other variants starting with the iPhone XS series will get the latest update. Try to keep your iPhone fully charged when you get the official update next year.
