Apple Fitness+ will be available for iPhone in 21 countries
Apple said at WWDC that a Watch-free iPhone Fitness app is on the way, and it’s nearly ready for release. Apple Fitness+ will no longer need an Apple Watch starting this autumn. The service will be offered on iPhone in all 21 of Apple’s existing markets.
Utilize Apple Fitness+ without an Apple Watch
When Apple launched Fitness+ in 2020, the experience was solely oriented on its smartwatches, which seemed a bit excessive for exercises that could be seen on Apple TV. However, iPhone users will soon be able to access the complete Fitness+ program, which includes 3,000 exercises and meditations taught by experts.
Apple Watch will almost definitely give more precise information than your iPhone in terms of calories burned, which will count toward advancement on the Move ring. Plus, you can do a lot more on an Apple Watch such as access to apps such as clone it and more. While an iPhone is required to join Fitness+, it will also be available on iPad and Apple TV.
Furthermore, additional Time to Walk episodes will be released by Apple this autumn. Time to Walk is an audio experience that encourages individuals to go out and walk more often. Meanwhile, Time to Run will provide Fitness+ customers with virtual jogging routes from places including Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, Mexico City, Anchorage, Alaska, Monterey, California, and Seattle. Time to Walk and Time to Run will also be featured in the iPhone Fitness app.

Beginning September 12th, Fitness+ subscribers will have access to additional Artist Spotlight exercises including music by Mary J. Blige, The Rolling Stones, and The Weeknd. There would also be a new set of Pilates routines meant to strengthen the complete body, as well as lessons led by a new yoga instructor. Select Fitness+ exercises on Apple Watch will provide additional onscreen instruction and trainer mentoring. Definitely, something to look forward to!
